3 stars: It took some time to get used to this app, but it's now working reasonably well. As long as you follow the instructions to the letter, it will work quite smoothly. I also use the Sony version and don't find much between the two as both can be tricky if you're not concentrating. I haven't found how to mass transfer images yet , which is a useful feature on the Sony app ( ' transfer all of today's images').
5 stars: Works great. I'm able to connect to my X-T30 and FinePix S1 without any issues. I use my phone as a trigger for long exposures and it works great. I transfer pics to my smartphone constantly to post to Instagram and the transfer process is flawless. if not a bit slow. I use it often and without issue. I see other reviews talking about connectivity issues but that has not been my experience.
3 stars: Now working pretty seamlessly with my Pixel 5 and XT-3 combo. My current concern is the app does not work unless you allow it location access at all times. I suspect it is for delivery of correct region firmwares and geotagging features, but it locks you out of the ENTIRE app if you don't let it snoop on your data any time it wants.
5 stars: Pro: Transfering photos (jpg) from the camera is just as easy as connect the phone's wifi to the camera. And it's quite fast too. Cons: Remote triggering is still slow.
