5 stars: As a beginner i found delightful to be conducted into meditation and awareness by the app. Even though I didn't had the money to pay for all practices I've went through the free ones until I found a way to put in my monthly expenses. Life changer, recommend both as a free and premium user.
4 stars: The app is pretty okay, there are alot of mediations, topics to explore within the app. However claiming to be more affordable than other apps is not so true, yealry subscription is quite more expensive than other mediation apps.
