3 stars: 1- log in page not readily and easily visible. 2- There is no easy way to retrieve my tickets. Very inefficient!
4 stars: I find this app very useful and use it regularly for my travels but since the last two months it is not functioning properly on my Samsung Android phone. It does not load properly at times, at times says there is an error in payment ... I have just reinstalled it and hope it works better now
4 stars: Good App, but since 2 weeks its not possible to buy tickets on app. i have 1st class card for a year but if i buy business class its not working. sticking on white page while i confirm the e banking in my elba app.
3 stars: There is a bug with the app. My connection had two parts and the app won't show up my ticket because it considered the starting time of my journey to be the starting time of the 2nd train in my journey. Clicking 'show ticket' shows the ticket for a second after which it returns to the main screen
5 stars: After being very choppy and rough in the beginning, it's become extremely fast and easy to use as well as very reliable. Use it almost every week and very happy with how smooth and painless the experience is. I buy all my tickets on the app by now.
4 stars: It works well for longer distance travel. Limited support for holders of monthly tickets. Please add support for the VOR yearly ticket so I don't have to account for parts of the rail network that I already paid for.
