3 stars: The app used to work well. Since they have updated it I am now unable to even open the app. I have tried re installing and still no joy. Come on technical support please fix this!!
4 stars: App working again, 4 stars because there is no way of contacting support if the app is not working, which can be frustrating.
3 stars: The watch and app have been brilliant being able to track where my son is until the last week now I cznt even get into the app
5 stars: looks and works great. didnt realize I had to pay a monthly or yearly fee for the app but my bad as I didnt read everything. Because im paying for a service though i had a problem while I was away in a different country. The watches wernt been tracked. A message to the app technical team sorted this no bother, very quickly. overall after a few weeks of usage the app works fine.

3 stars: The app and watch were working brilliantly until today. I can no longer use the app. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still nothing. I'm unable to use the tech part of the app as I cant get in, so now I cant use the watch. Hope the problem is fixed soon as up until this problem the app was brilliant.
