3 stars: Good system, terrible food tracking database. I use another program to track my calories, then input the correct amount into Noom. I report every food that is incorrect but it feels like it doesn't help. The coaches feel like they could easily be an AI. They just echo things back to you. Not really helpful. That said, I'm definitely losing weight with the Noom system. The daily lessons are great and keep me focused on mindful eating.
5 stars: I love the methodology behind Noom. I have been using for over a year and it has changed my life. There are issues with grammar and some of the tracking. When I find a problem I report real time to the service desk and it gets fixed. Coming from a technology background there will always be continuous tweeks needed. Focus on the content and methodology instead of minor app flaws.
