4 stars: Great app, but sometimes has serverside issues. Shame you are not able to use Heat pump on hybrid Q5 without this app.
5 stars: Works great in late 2020. It seems they've addressed the bugs with either app updates or software updates with the vehicle itself. I can easily do everything from start air conditioning, lock doors, or send nav directions to my Audi E-Tron. No problems so far.
4 stars: Overall very good app. I use it mostly for keeping an eye on charging of my A3 e-tron. Being able to set the AC remotely is a great bonus! Though the connection can sometimes take a while. More detailed consumption figures in the fuel logging part would be much appreciated, it's great to see mi/kWh but as it's a hybrid I would also like to see MPG, please!
3 stars: I find it very hard to input the fuel information, I have tried to use it a few times and I don't remember having a satisfactory resolution to my problem. I previously had a Vw Tiguan and found it much easier to input my fuel details than this app
3 stars: Globally a good App, although it sometime crashes for no reason. It is also slow in charging info, quite often. That being said, controlling my A3 remotely is quite amazing, but this is a bonus for Audi, not for the App itself.
