4 stars: Lots of dining options, but the app is too laggy. Always stuck on the loading screen. Plus points for the detailed menus. And after placing my order, the store already contacted me that my order was noted. Nice.

4 stars: Great service. Better if there was an edit order option. I ordered an item and it turns out that it was unavailable so the rep texted me to reorder in the app. It was a bit confusing and concerning that maybe it would double what I have ordered. Maybe also add in-app messaging + map(to track the order like in grabfood) so that customers are updated on the progress of their order.
