5 stars: So far so good. The main reason I felt paying for this app was worth it was the fact that she has a program that is meant to take you through your whole pregnancy safely and stay fit. I like that there is less talking in this app verses how the beach body videos are. I hate all the bantering lol I like just getting to the point and getting my workouts done, esp already having kids at home that interrupt.
5 stars: Diverse and adjustable workouts, I love how she mixes the steps and it's not so repetitive which can be boring with other trainers routines
4 stars: Samsung versus Apple Learned today that there's stuff I'm missing by using a Samsung. Good to know. But more importantly, I can't schedule my workout for tomorrow. Sometimes I can. Sometimes I can't. That's frustrating. There should also be low impact options for all the cardio sets. I'm on the 3ed floor. My neighbors don't like hearing me jogging in place.
5 stars: Loving these workouts! They're short and intense. I haven't had an issues with the mobile app. I just wish the app was available on the firestick. I ended up purchasing an HDMI adapter for my phone so I could connect it to the tv in my workout room. Other than than, I am very happy with my purchase!
