3 stars: The app is okay, I have been using it a lot lately y'know with the whole pandemic. My only problem is that whenever I search for a category, let's say bubble tea, they show me places that are irrelevent to what I am asking. For real going to show me a mcdonalds when I'm looking for bubble tea? Maybe it's just me idk, I just want it fixed.
5 stars: Very nice and easy to use! But they don't have a feedback option in the menu. Wanted to suggest them to allow the riders and the clients to keep contact (through messaging) at least 5 min after delivery is complete. So that we can talk in case something was missing or in something else... Anyways very good app and a life saver!! 👌🏽👌🏽
3 stars: Good app, fast and reliable most times. But recently I am unable to message the Ubereats driver because the messaging system doesn't work. It asks me to choose between using phone sms or facebook messenger. Even if I choose either option I am unable to type a message. I used to be able to send messages to the driver via the app, however this function no longer works. Please fix it. Thanks.

So when I was trying to get my card number changed it took me forever to realize the buttons are nearly invisible on top right to edit or delete.
