3 stars: I think there might have some issue about your update for this app. I didn't get any notice from play store to reinstall / update the app. Few weeks before this, the app worked just fine, but one day the app suddenly can't check-in although my location, and network works fine. I reinstall the app and found out there is an update. To the user who face the same problem, reinstall will solve the problem.
3 stars: Already download it few months ago. First time using it, the app works well. Then I'm unable to use it after that. Everytime I click check in button, nothing happened. My family also face the same problem. So I have to use another app scanner for check in process. Today I decided to give it a try. Try to update the app but still the same issue. Then, I uninstall and reinstall the app and finally it's working. Finally........

4 stars: I always got the high risk sign whenever i check in using this application. I've completed my health assessment tool and it says no pending task. However everytime i check in, it still shows the high risk sign. I was denied to enter some premises due to high risk assesment shown in this app. After application offered for an update.. u need to fill back your health assessment tool question. It turned out to be ok. Thank you
