5 stars: I have been an active customer for 3 years and I'm in love with this app . Being a middle aged woman and not knowing much of latest tech , the app is still pretty easy to use . Everything starting from placing order , cancelling , returning , exachanging , etc is very easy . Last but not the least the the customer service is excellent as it has been available to assist me everytime I had an issue .🙏❤
3 stars: In your earlier update App was working without password. You have switched over to password to open the App. It is inconvenient to open every time, OTP or password. Please make it easy to use and make it user friendly. wider scope to make it better.
