4 stars: Greatly improved the last few years. This app used to be horrible. So bad that I regretted buying my $500 surveillance system because this is the only app it uses. Playback has improved tremendously. It's easy to go back in time and see video playback now. Only thing I wish it had was the ability to watch video at more than 1x speed. I have to use my computer hooked up to my system for that.
4 stars: Works quite well - have used it off and on for a couple years. DEVELOPER: Please label this app as available for tablets as well. It's the same thing as a phone, but with a bigger screen! (Nexus 10 running Android 5.1)
5 stars: Update to my 1 star. I emailed customer service and they Got back to me within A-day. Told me to send them picture of my version from the screen and they would send me the firm where upgrade. I found the upgrade button on the screen and did it myself. Now connects great with cell data. Works awesome. July 5, 2020 Texas.
5 stars: App just stopped working unless on wifi in my own home. Who needs that I was able to watch while at work on my cell network now nothing. I'll change my star rating once this is fixed. Update problem solved in 1 day nice.....
