4 stars: I was very hesitant about downloading this app as the reviews I read were not at all good. When my trusted normal way of transferring from current to new handset failed, (Samsung), I put the new phone, (LG K61), back to factory condition and downloaded the app. I also had to download it on my Samsung galaxy mobile too, and I have to report that it worked a treat. A bit slow, but everything was transferred. Worked well.
3 stars: I'm soo sorry for being rude, I was out of control.. I had my old phone Pixel 2XL wanted to switch to LG G8 but the app didn't transfer my files it freezes after I connect to the Pixel 2XL .. but I found another way to switch.. thanks
3 stars: This is my third time trying to get my game apps switched over to my new phone! And I pray to God that they are there this time, I've invested to much time and $ to start over

5 stars: App would only go to about 80% and then give an error message saying that it had stopped. Update: after transferring smaller amounts the app worked really well. I appreciate the developer reaching out. Great customer service!
