5 stars: This app makes planking fun! I'd been planking for about 8 weeks before I got this and I struggled to get 1 minute in. With this, a minute flies by. Now, I can achieve 2 minutes. The free galaxy game is so much fun. I still like it better than any of the premium games. The only downfall is that if you upgrade to premium, you have to do it for each phone. It would be nice if they had a family plan!
5 stars: Been going to the gym consistently 5 days a week for almost a year now. Doing a bit of cardio and a whole lot of weights. The SCT however, has really taken my workout and fitness level to a higher plateau and it is fun to boot. Love the app and the games. Very user friendly. Definitely worth the investment from every frontier.
5 stars: Love it. One of the best work out tools I've ever used. It's all well thought out and makes it more fun than traditional work outs. Can really feel the muscles working.
5 stars: It's an absolute blast. If you want to just train your core ,you can just play the free games,but the premium games up that level of intensity.
5 stars: This is great. I don't typically like exercising, but this makes me motivated to workout. I'm on day 3 and I use it 2-3 times a day. I'm looking forward to getting stronger!
