3 stars: The app is a bit cluttered and some previously-working functionality has stopped working. For example, the option to add extra sauce to a pie. Also, a comment field to free-type special requests would be nice. It is too easy to complete the transaction and not indicate pick-up/carry-out or delivery and also now or later. Love Papa John's and look forward to using the app (with improvements) in the future!
3 stars: Loved the app until update. Was a 5 now a 3 for me. All of my account information is gone. Lost my rewards, favorites, locations...all gone. I cant get a new account registered. After entering email and password I get an error message. Uninstalled/reonstalled...same message. Would love to keep ordering...this is making it impossible.
4 stars: The tracker takes awhile to load and actually work for me. Edit: Multiple times, things have been forgotten from my order. I know it gets busy but PLEASE take time to actually make sure that everything in someone's order is there. The first few times, whatever. Mistakes happen, it gets busy. But after awhile it's just annoying. That's just wasted money.
3 stars: Good when it works. When it doesn't work, you don't know until you've selected and customized your order and try to submit it. ONLY THEN does it tell you try again later or error and your order disappears. Not fun when you're hungry.
5 stars: Best pizza ordering app I have ever used, every time they do an update the app it gets better and better...
