4 stars: App is good , one request to IRCTC if u can add one cancel ticket option so we can cancel easily cancel online ticket as well as counter ticket also on this app. For counter tkt. cancellation time you can ask to user PNR NO. pluse upload a photo copy of tkts.and persons name, bank details so money will add an account fast. Please think about my request. Thanks🙏
4 stars: I inform to regarding this app one option is creating confiusion, pay no charges when cancilation, and second is- I don't want free cancilation, why? my opinion is ticket not confirmed please return full money. no confusion.
3 stars: The pnr status not updated frequently. However in IRCTC it updated as on real time basis as well as another app or website also updated in real time basis. But this app doesn't update. Developer plz look in this matter. Rest is very good.
