3 stars: It is clear from the Imo that the service is good, but their security problem, security should be improved, but it is a social network where people exchange a lot of information, so if it is hacked, people have to read a lot of confusion.
4 stars: Why some messages, pics, videos disappear after sometime? In fact, if I go to see messages to other app and start Imo again, just 5-10 mins earlier sent messages disappear? And can't recognize, with whom last chat was done? As it disappears. I've updated to latest version, tried by uninstall and reinstall too, but still is the problem. kindly help on this problem.
3 stars: To be honest, this app needs to improve it's security more than making some weird functions. It's has a very bad service for security system. Anyone can log in to my account using my number, I'm very insecure about it. But this app is good for family chats. But you guys should take steps to verify the user first. No one can peek into our account if you guys will verify.
4 stars: There are too many issues with this app. When there is an incoming call, the app opens by itself and the caller is shown that the receiver is 'online' whether or not that is the case. When you close the app, it takes you back to the home screen and not to the app you were using when the call appeared. Extremely annoying.
