5 stars: Super easy! First time parking with this app went off without a hitch! Update: After parking with this app for 4 months I have not had one issue! They have resolved any issue that I have had with the parking garage and refunded me when I have ran into any problems! I will add another five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐if I could!
5 stars: Good parking app, easy to navigate in it and find needed spot. You can pay directly through Google pay which is secure and does not require adding Card to acc. Satisfied on 100%

4 stars: Initially, I was very upset when my mobile phone battery died and I was unable to scan the barcode when exiting the parking garage. I had no choice but to pay with cash even though I had already paid via credit card thru Parkwhiz, doubling the cost. I thought I was out of luck but Parkwhiz reviewed everything and credited my CC in full. I will continue to use the service since they did the right thing. Thank you Parkwhiz!
