4 stars: The app works well with the border, being able to remove and search with in and without is great. I wish it had an explanation of how to remove a search area. It sends alerts by algorithm of past search's. However turning off a given area is not easily understood or done.
4 stars: This is way better than other sites ive been on because you dont have to do a whole set up with user names and passwords you can just jump right in, but there is one flaw im looking to rent a house not an apartment..They post way more apartments than houses.
5 stars: It helped me when I needed to find a house in 40 days by alerting me whenever a place became available for rent so I never missed an opportunity to at least inquire about the place and see if I qualified. Great app
