4 stars: Been using it since the arrival of our daughter 6 weeks ago and it's pretty good. I just wish we didn't have to always hit 'Parents' and the 'Automatic Connection' every time we turn on the app, which is several times a day - not a big deal but one click operation would be great. The night vision and zoom features are very useful. Good app overall.
4 stars: So far so good. I haven't fully explored the video portion of it yet but the audio portion is great. You can talk to your baby through the app, record video, take pictures, play a lullaby and my favorite feature is the PIP (picture in picture) mode. When using PIP you can use your phone as normal and it will produce a minimized screen so you can always keep tabs on your baby.
4 stars: Nice work. It works, ui could be better on tablets and it could drain less battery ;). Drain is about parent module which uses more power than xiaomi home Livestream from camera. In tablets in horizontal mode scrollview should be for buttons only, not for video. Also you could use constraintlayout to add openable panels to remove scrollview at all :)
5 stars: Works brilliantly. Saved me a lot of money as an alternative to pricey baby monitor. Needs a decent light source, but leaving the bedroom door ajar and landing light on works fine. Bought the paid version to support the developers.
