4 stars: I wish the new cars didn't cost so much to buy. You can't even exchange coins for money to make it a little more reasonable. The game is really fun to play but getting diamonds is too expensive. Exchanging 10 000 coins for 10 diamonds would be a good feature, it would give people who can't pay to play a sort of easier way to obtain diamonds.
4 stars: Cute game, love the graphics and gameplay but I hate how difficult it is to edit the hospital plus I always encounter errors in moving the decorations esp the stools. They usually get stuck and I have to restart the game again.
4 stars: The game's good so far. Though, since my screen's right side is not functioning properly, I wish the game can be rotated when I activated the rotating (portrait/landscape) screen

4 stars: although the new vehicle feature is neat it's a little overpriced at 240 diamonds, it would be nice if you could at least exchange coins for diamonds.
