3 stars: Keeps turning off cameras so they don't record. Video skips. Suddenly u see someone on your deck. Message to people outside can't be understood. Video could be better. Can't identify people on closeup. Had some trouble w set up. Doesn't rotate camera based on movement. Must move camera manually. Used to be able to pay monthly but now they want a full year in advance. I dont know if I will continue using them that long. Slow shipping.
5 stars: EDIT 2: Been using this app for quite a while now. Recommend it wholeheartedly. Can't believe that it is free! EDIT: It all seems to be fixed. Great response time!--- My cams disappeared suddenly. Would've been a HUGE inconvenience had I not been at home to set them all up again. The app is great but unreliable
3 stars: Updated fixed a few problems but still needs a full English manual especially for alarm settings. Can nolonger click on snapshot and it takes you to the recording, why? Looks like they're trying to push the paid subscription? Works pretty good now but for some reason you have to check in every day or so other wise it stops notifying you and recording?
5 stars: Got 3 cameras set up quite quickly. Love motion tracking! Needs infared on/off switch for interior to exterior glass reflection removal, but I covered the infared lights instead. over all great cameras and app!
