5 stars: Sports for free, I like that. I'm pretty sure that for each level of upgrade, the experience is more enjoyable. It's a great app that is only as good as the broadband system it operates on. One day, tech (who ever they are) will improve things with 5G. It is definitely a step in the right direction. I enjoy watching sports on the app. I especially enjoy listening to ESPN radio and podcasts on the app.
3 stars: Can't watch anything full screen or stream. Doesn't give a reason or help. Update- support was fairly quick. They had me clear the app cache in settings and reinstall and things are running smoother now, including faster load times and video. Having an error message that actually informs customers of that would be great.
3 stars: ESPN+ app still has occasional glitches. For example, one often has to sign out and back in to get it to recognize you purchased a PPV on another platform (bought on PC, switched to phone later). That said, the glitches do not occur as often as they used to.
3 stars: I like the articles to read and the short videos. But I do not like that ESPN talks about the same teams (Lakers, NY Yankees, B. Red Sox, N.E. Patriots, D. Cowboys). I've been watching ESPN since 1988. It would be nice for ESPN to go back to being Neutral and talking about Everybody. ( not just at the beginning of the season.)
