4 stars: Very good app for Roborock vacuum. Many customizable options. The only wish is to back-up and restore different floor maps, when, for example, moving the vac from one floor to another. Also some lagging in communication occurs periodically, between the vac and the app. But, u think this might be the hardware (vac) issues. I would rate the app 93/100.
3 stars: My air purifier 2S just stopped connecting to the app today (after I changed my home wifi setup AND reconnected the air purifier yesterday) and reset doesn't do anything, the wifi light doesn't flash after reset. Sometimes the light will also say \
3 stars: Zero stars until the push notifications are fixed!! And still, after a number of updates to newer versions, currently to 5.6.98 , there is no fix to push notifications, neither from Camera, sensors or automation results !! EU server, Greece..Also note I use a xiaomi mi phone MI9!!Edit: Still no fix at version 5.6.99!! Unbelievable!Edit:24 06.20 Notifications are back!! But other bugs still here...

5 stars: Using this with my roborock cleaner is amazing, I can see where it is and what areas have been cleaned, I can send it to certain spots in a room if a mess has been made. It mapped the house out quickly...
