5 stars: Really great idea, and works well. The app can be a bit clunky at times but it's a great way to contact teachers for online lessons, and my son is very happy with the lovely teacher we found here.
4 stars: The app is awesome, but the write new notebook function doesn't work in the app. Everytime when I have to write a new notebook, I have to go to my cellphone browser and that's sad.
4 stars: Please make it possible to change the lessons and calendar slots with the app as well. Edit: Thank you for considering my previous comment. . There's a problem with the recent updates. When a new lesson request is received, the requested time that appears on screen is the student's local time but not the teacher's; which is very confusing. I hope you can fix it.
5 stars: I have updated it to the new version but it still says network error.
4 stars: Good experience so far. There are a few things that could be improved (for teachers), but mostly whenever I encounter a problem (whether it's the app or my own fault) customer service is always polite, professional and have given me solutions in a timely manner.
4 stars: Really wish I could see pictures in PMs between tutors and students. The app in and of itself, serves it's purpose, but it needs a lot of quality-of-life improvements to make it as intuitive as the website. Always feel like I 'need' to use the desktop version, and sometimes I actually do need to.
