3 stars: This app has some serious design flaws. It does not verify whether a stored credit card has expired--it just passes the charge through and it gets declined, causing headaches for everyone. The link for cancelling an order is easy to hit accidentally, and does not verify that you really want to cancel. One tap and the order is cancelled. These are both utterly standard features in eCommerce apps.
4 stars: Food usually comes sooner than expected which is fine by me. The app seems to work fine just be mindful when ordering near close times for these providers, you can be charged for a meal and wait for a few hours before you realize you need to get a refund. It depends on the provider, other than that it's hard to complain about delivery-on demand from places you can't get to
3 stars: It's a decent app. On and off I face lag issues and weird glitches in proceeding to the payment page. But my biggest complaint is that you guys don't put in sorry to make sure you have a restaurant's entire menu on here. There are so many restaurants where I've to call in to inform them that I'll be placing an order for a similarly priced item but I actually want something else but it's not on the menu.
