5 stars: I spend more time in this app, but in a good way because there is a lot of helpful information and articles. I lost my Google account that I usually use with this app so having to start all over with an old Google account, But This app is helpful for parenting in general not just custody issues
4 stars: Great - sometimes. Had have great mediator sessions, and then I will have one where the mediator just wants us to hurry and get off the app.
5 stars: Very helpful and a true human experience.
3 stars: I WOULD RECOMMEND THE APP. I had an issue with two different emails trying to access the App. At the same time. Support worked for hours and the tech Ken was amazing. Thanks for your hard work.
5 stars: Support team comprehensively understands their role and value. Professional, helpful and supportive. It's unfortunate that the free version is temporary and that they intend to start charging, but hopefully they can maintain a free version to continue to support the families who are mandated to participate in an online communication but can't afford it. 👍
3 stars: I liked that you can set a schedule and requests and such but what is irritating is i tried again and again to send a schedule over to my coparent and it would not work it just kept re creating it again and again and he never could see it. Hes terrible with technology and schedules so me making it for him and his having reminders about it would have been great but oh well. The app has potent...
