3 stars: It's ok as long as you make sure to disallow it from being a device administrator or your default home screen because it has several apps that are useless. The actual weather part is easy to read and simple to navigate. You can easily see today's forecast and can easily see extended forecast without having to search through the entire app. Ads are small and not interfering with main content

3 stars: A few quick observations. Rainfall estimates are in millimeters. I'm not crazy about that. There was no mention of extra apps being installed such as; games, shopping and news. That's a douche-bag move. And, zip code location lookup doesn't work, not cool. BUT, the animated lightning strikes on the radar map is hellacool! Its also got a nice interface. All in all, just basing my opinion on the weather functions of the app, pretty good app.
5 stars: Awesome app for local weather updates, alerts, and warnings especially during the summertime, hurricane season which is a very active weather wise. Oh and it certainly does give you time to get ready to move to a safer place when you get a warning so this is a highly recommed app for all.
