4 stars: The seconds are included in the time with the most recent update. This can make going off duty for lunch a little more difficult because to get my lunch break to 30 minutes, I have to reset the seconds to zero when I initially go off duty or just come back on duty after I get the notification that my break is over.
3 stars: Very easy to navigate. Works well most days. Although lately for some reason, it has started kicking me out of driving on duty to on duty, while driving. It sucks because then my mileage does not match and have to constantly edit the logs. A fix for this would be nice. Otherwise very satisfied. Troy
4 stars: I had been using Big Road before ELD's became mandatory, and liked it. They had several bug's after the mandate and they seem to have gotten thoes straightened out. It works very well now. I go between the states and Canada often and I use their HOS rules when I'm up there. Its easy to switch between the two and never have any issues. I am very pleased with Big Road and their customer support.
5 stars: I've been a truck driver for almost 30 years. I've always had an issue with logbooks. When a friend introduced me to this Big Road APP... I couldn't believe how stupid I was when it came to a logbook. The Big Road App is the best teacher that a driver wants to get his CDL's. I've been using the Big Road APP for over 6 yrs now and it has never let me down. I can't express my appreciation enough for this APP. A BIG THANKS TO THE CREATO...
