3 stars: Honestly a little slow. The notifications may or may not come through when you receive a message and the voice and video calling lagg tremendously. Overall it's not terrible, but for Google, it could definitely be better.
4 stars: I enjoy conversing and socializing with my friends on Hangouts. I have only one complaint that I want to change. I am unable to save photos in my phone that people send to me on Hangouts. This is a much needed change.
3 stars: I love to use what google owned but about this google hangouts why can t i send pdf, docx file and audio and it need a lot of time to send a video i can t share screen at the phone. i can't change the background! BUT, I LOVE IT please fix this problem.

4 stars: I like the app but it needs to be better at notifying you when you have an invite from somebody trying to talk to you. The notifications for the messages are sometimes slow and they don't go through unless I unlock my phone. Other than that it is a good communication alternative. Also you can't erase or edit singular messages in a conversation. You can only delete it completely .
