5 stars: Very nice app. Hope that lalamove app will also add a feature that in taking order their will be a picture of item that will also appear. So that we will not surprise in the actual pick up because sometimes customer abuse the limit of deliveries.

3 stars: Client booking used to book a cash handling instead of purchase service. I suggest the two have same rates. In that case, it will be fair enough for all drivers. Because some drivers just tolerate it, unfair for other drivers
