5 stars: Quick although it took me time to learn what clicking on this messaging app vs others like FB, Slack do. For instance, clicking on user adds a reference to them in your message when you are in a channel although I intend to view their profile. If I am not yet starting a message, clicking a user is not intended to reference them in said non-existent message.

Yes, sometimes the server goes down but they really do try their best to git it back up as soon as possible!
