4 stars: In the couple of days I've been trialling this app I feel stronger in my arms and core. I think I will continue using it. It would be good if you could rewind because sometimes I miss the instructions and it would be good too if it told you when it finished because sometimes I have my eyes closed and can't see the screen.
5 stars: Definitely relaxing. I prefer this for someone who works out and needs to get their body going for the day. I'm on day 4 and I absolutely love it. I do this before my work out and my body sometime tightens up but this app help release it and get my body going.
5 stars: Love this app but it needs to be able to fast forward or rewind throughout the exercise I have 2 young kids and can be distracted easily so being able to rewind to where I was would be great. I really enjoyed the free trial but now it won't let me any further. It says to try it out and the button doesn't work \u003d( I miss doing this every morning. Please help fix the problem..
5 stars: Yes i am back in action today problem with the app was rectified..thank you for being patient i can continue with my routine now! I am loving it i always feel good after each session, i felt lost when i wasn't able to open the app and didnt know what to do..so i guess that is saying i love this app!
3 stars: Are there any more exercises coming? Also would be great if they showed some sort of a progress statistics. Charts or goals or something( like how many did i do this week ...
