4 stars: It has some useful features that aren't available when I access my chart directly thru UCLA online. But it doesn't give me the option of deleting or marking as completed old appointment reminders. Also, redundant lab results aren't available for viewing. But it's useful in that I can do video appointments with my doctor.

5 stars: I've been using My Chart since it was first offered with great success. None of the crashing, glitches noted in other reviews. Just had my first Zoom MD meeting this morning and was quite pleased. Since when do you get to drink coffee while waiting/meeting with your physician? Getting test results is also a great feature. Generally get faster responses from messages thru My Chart than calling conventionally.
5 stars: This is a great way to check out your chart how about anything that you have been to the hospital or in the past with your insurance oh, this is a good way to communicate with your doctor and your psychiatrist instead of calling you can just send a message and they'll respond to you within less than a day. I have been using this for three years I've had never had a problem.
