5 stars: This is a great app! I've been using it for several years now for texting. It is especially useful because I don't get reliable cellular service in my home so and I can use it seamlessly over both my home wifi and my cellular data connection when I'm not at home. Plus I can use the same account on all my devices, even my laptop.
4 stars: I really enjoy this app. The last few calls I have made from Canada to USA they had horrible quality. Had to hang up and recall a few times. Until we just gave up trying. And other times it works flawlessly. When it doesnt work it says something is wrong with the wifi connect or it's a bad wifi connection. The phone it's used on has a wifi plan. Shouldn't have an issue? Otherwise great app. Thank you.
5 stars: At first i had a hard time getting the permissions to take. After that it has worked like a charm. Sometimes it does bug out while in a call but it fixes itself pretty quickly. Doesnt matter if i have wifi or not, It will still make the calls! Plus you its free, no games!! Thank you for this app..
3 stars: This is a new rating going from 5-star to 3-star because this app started malfunctioning, so I deleted it and then reinstalled it. It didn't help. It made things worse. So, I deleted it and reinstalled it a few more times, and still, it was horrible. So I started looking around for a different phone app. Until I find one that was as good as TextNow USED to be, I'm stuck with this one.
