3 stars: I LOVE the Classic Q-Bert game. When I was younger, I got to the final level and beat it 39 times before figuring out it wasn't beatable as the level would keep repeating. It was great. However, I purchased the ad free version here and there are still ads so I'm pretty disappointed. Sort of a waste of money.
4 stars: Fun!!! This was one of my favorite 80's arcade game. I enjoy both the arcade version and the other. However, an ad plays after each round. Each round only takes about 15-20 seconds, so the ratio is way off and disruptive. I will pay the $2.99 for an ad-free experience - it is worth it!
5 stars: I love Q*Bert! This is why you get 5 stars. I think the game is a little clunky. It keeps asking if I want an upgrade Bert, it wants me to watch a video to get him, the issue is it doesn't work, I click the button but nothing. So again right now it's a tad clunky. Also its 2020 maybe Q*Bert should be a bit more modern than it was. But I still love the game!
3 stars: The game itself is fun, more fun than I remember on Atari back in the day. But the ads are relentless. The free version is way more ad time than game time. And even after you pay $3, they constantly try to trick you into clicking ads. I wasn't sure about the swipe controls at first, but they do work quite well. But I do still wish for a joystick. I want to try with a gamepad and see if that works.
