5 stars: This is a wonderful app for people who need to just talk. By no means is it a therapy app, nor is it meant to be, but I have had good experiences both as someone who used it to talk and as someone who is a Listener. I think the Listener process could be better vetted but there are some wonderful Listeners out there who are more than willing to help as much as they can.

5 stars: I originally planned to get someone to talk about random issues I was going through. Instead, I chose to be a listener. To have helped the very small number of people I have helped....was better therapy than I could have imagined.... Very passionate about 7cups. Highly recommend.
