5 stars: This is another free marketing tool for your business. If you use Google Business, you should also use Bing Places for Business. Set us is easy and most information can be exported from Google Business. Easy and worth the time.

4 stars: Really easy to set up, especially as you can login with Google and transfer details from Google Business.
4 stars: Weird how I'm notified that my open hours conflict, but are EXACTLY the same! If I could show you a screen shot of what I have to keep reviewing to resolve conflicts you would shake your head.
3 stars: Too limited and likely broken It offers only the most minimal options to manage the listing. Additionally, the website keeps asking me to pinpoint my business location each time I open it. It all just feels dead and broken. Little use to keep this on my phone.
4 stars: The app is good, what is missing (in general) is the support of more advanced analytics and reporting that are available on Google. For instance, a more accurate comparison of views with competitors, detailed photo views data and where people search from. Not only this will make the service better, but chances are that more people will consider advertising (I would).
