5 stars: The given address for drop off sometimes not accurately. No option for cancelation when clients didn't show up or answering calls and txt after 30 minutes arrive. Change it for the better favor in driver for less time wasting
3 stars: My experience about the app is great so far. One thing I didn't like is the cancellation of bookings. When the lala driver took the order and they didn't agreed with the bookings, both the driver and the one who booked wants to cancel the bookings instead but they can't cancel it. They should be givin a couple minutes to decide to cancel or not after the driver took the booking in less than 10 min.
5 stars: CS response are to slow...beside your app program is messy. Can you return back the old apps

4 stars: hope u guys can add better description features like parcel images view , size and weight so rider can decide better and to avoid cancellation order for misleading item , especially for bike mode. so far, nice job !
5 stars: Very nice app. Hope that lalamove app will also add a feature that in taking order their will be a picture of item that will also appear. So that we will not surprise in the actual pick up because sometimes customer abuse the limit of deliveries.
