5 stars: Recent update has finally resolved the problem I had previously experiences. Changing my rating from 1 to 5 stars. ---------- The distance just randomly resets during a workout. It will also randomly stop tracking your location. The features of the app are nice, but kind of defeats purpose of this app if it doesn't accurately track your location or distance. I've reached out to customer support, received suggestions but no improvement.
4 stars: I love that this app is free and I use it whenever I run. My frustration is that it often fails to save my runs. I sync them, and then it has some error and loses the data completely. Restarting my phone or the app does nothing, I haven't figured out a way to recover the lost data. It happens so often I've taken to screenshotting the data from my runs before I press sync because there's about a 30% chance I won't see it again otherwise.
4 stars: Easy to use. Automatically adds workouts on My Fitness Pal, which saves time and effort logging from a different device, like Fitbit. Shows lower calorie burn than Fitbit when tracking same workout, but may be due to no HR monitor. However, seems more accurate with distance when running or walking than Fitbit. Overall will keep using it.
