4 stars: I think this app is very good if you need to count calories \u0026 monitor weight changes. It has a lot of products in the list to chose from, so I almost all the time capable to find variations of what I ate. What I would add: more homemade options. I cook at home and from scratch and I am not sure if homemade food has the same amount of calories as shops variants.
4 stars: Works well for my purposes. I like that I can set up different calorie and macro goals for different days. What I don't like is the activity calorie tracker, which includes resting activities. I just want calories consumed minus calories burned exercising. Also, the RDI is too high, so I have to use a separate online calculator to figure my needs.
5 stars: I have always struggled with eating too much and being overweight. While everyone is different, i have found that tracking my intake has been the only thing to successfully help me lose weight. Finding a tracker that is simple to use and has a big enough database was hard, but i found it with fat secret. Highly highly recommend
4 stars: Really good app. The only thing I'd complain about is it's tricky to add custom foods. If a particular food isn't in the database you have to find something close and adjust the portion to hit the correct calories. No big deal, but kind of a pain. This doesn't happen very offend though. And you get the hang of it after a few days.
