4 stars: It is well presented, designed but there are no explanations so it is easy to make mistakes. Also with one round of 7 minutes it feels pretty easy. But with three rounds it is getting boring as sometimes there are only 6 different movements that need to be repeated 6 times all together. Probably rwo rounds shouldbe optimal.

5 stars: I have been using Seven for about 1.5 years. Amazing set of exercises and they really work. I have been able to maintain my weight at the levels I wanted to!! Hurray 💮🙌💪

5 stars: Really enjoying this app, but finding it impossible to connect with friends. I know for sure a friend of mine is using it but can't find him through the find friends button and don't see any other way to connect. I've sent invites out too and still can't connect. Not sure what the problem is. This would be so much better if I could connect with friends and do friend challenges.
