5 stars: I've been working out in the gym on my own for 3 years and was really happy with my results. But I felt like I reached a point where I needed planed workouts for my specific goals and that's when I found FizzUp! I am really happy with the personalised workouts set for me each day, and all the extra individual exercises and stretching are perfect for rest days! All round super helpful app an definitely worth the couple of euros!!!
5 stars: Tons of different programs and exercises to target what you want to work on. The programs adapt to your level so you won't hurt yourself but still make progress. And most workouts are between 30 and 45 minutes so you've got no excuse 😉
5 stars: Really love the app and want this app to be available in South East Asia countries so I can have my friends use it as well! What's great is the workout program created and tutorial for exercise/stretch to do that helps me not get lost.
3 stars: With the new update we better see rhe exercises but clock does not work sometimes, or the song of start and end of exercice does not work.
