3 stars: Sometimes the app just doesnt work when it comes to processing payments. As a result I've missed ticket drops several times. Hate this app but they have a too big a monopoly to actually be driven to improve their services. Very disappointing and sad.
4 stars: I've purchased several tickets through the app and it's very easy. Ticketmaster is a great app compared to others. I do wish I could view the upcoming events in chronological order. That's my only annoyance. Which actually makes me change my rating from 5 to 4 stars.
5 stars: The app has improved from last Garth sale I did for the Arizona concert. I was so impressed!! Quick. Easy and this time you could choose your seats!! I am happy!! Happy to see Garth Brooks Stadium Tour again!!
