3 stars: The app is not reliable. I spend a lot of time troubleshooting and making sure the app is updated when i need to be drivng. Support reads from a script. If the app is glitching, support says it's your connection or carrier. Basically, you'll need to uninstall the app, restart your phone and reninstall the app.

3 stars: In the past month I have had the application cut off in Drive mode approximately 10 minute intervals. At one point 4 consecutive days in a row. And this is after several uninstalled/install sequences. I have driven for LYFT over 2 years and has happened more frequently in the past 4-5 months.
