3 stars: Works well if you manage to trvel on the train you hoped for. If you make changes its dreadful. Join later down the track and this app won't let you see your journey details. Take a later train and it won't reset the stored journey. Finally the scanner win't read the QR code on your phone. You'll have to print it out or run around to find a member staff....good luck with that
4 stars: Would have given 5* but when buying an Anytime return it is very misleading- it needs to be made clear when it is actually a Day return you are buying. I thought I had bought an anytime return to cover trips to and from the airport for my holiday but when I tried to make the return journey my ticket had expired. Not a great experience.
4 stars: Generally a good app. What would make me give it 5 stars is if we could order our tickets through the app and be given a QR code which we can then scan against the barriers. I did this once and it was brilliant and then for some reason I've not been able to do it since.
4 stars: The app works fine but the insurance part of the ticket seems deliberately tricky to redeem, I got insurance and wasn't able to make the journey, i got about £2 back from a £20 ticket, then told I hadn't actually redeemed the ticket, it had been processed as if I had not insurance. Very dodge
