5 stars: I like it a lot. You select what you want to do and it guides you through it. Pretty easy, just follow the app and you don't have to think about it. But you do have to be goal orientated. If your goal is to do 200 pushups, perfect, if your goal is to loose weight this app alone isn't enough. Doing 200 pushups is cool though
