5 stars: I'm reviewing the app, not the satellite service itself. The app runs fine, does what it says it's supposed to do... And I can check billing and usage. Good.
3 stars: Please fix this app. Every time I attempt to login with my ID and password, and press Log In, it clears my info and starts over. I cannot login!
4 stars: Not sure why people are reviewing the service on here instead of the app, but the app is pretty easy to navigate various account options (usage, change plans, status) and rebooting the modem.
5 stars: Works very well. Loads fast and provides my account status and data use. Much better than the previous version, which always logged me out after each session.
5 stars: This new redesign is miles better than the old one, aethseticly, performance wise and just overall layout. A+
4 stars: I just don't have the money to pay for the vista services anymore. How do I go about cancelling my subscription?

5 stars: So far we are loving Viasat. We do have to unplug and plug back in about once a week to get a better signal.
