5 stars: This app has opened my eyes to how much I consumed on a daily and it's a lot. I have improved a little and I'm gradually learning and adjusting to a calorie limit. Even with fasting I was still holding weight, because I wasn't mindful of the calorie content or sugar etc. This takes a little used to, logging your life and all, but try it out.
4 stars: I have been using Fat secret on and off for several years. My most favorite feature is the calendar. Here you can see if you are consuming more calories then you are burning, for me that is more important than sticking to a calorie plan. For the most part foods that I eat and exercise I do are trackable. It would be great if it also tracked measurements.
5 stars: Great food logging/tracking. Lots of popular foods to search for or you can add your own. Barcode scanning feature works great. I was using Noom free trial but all I cared about was food/calorie tracking and goal setting and this free app is just as good. Plus I could change my calories per day to add more since I'm breastfeeding. I couldn't do that on Noom.
