5 stars: I have tried a few other apps before I settled for this one. It is very user-friendly and it covers all levels of fitness and several types of workout - pilates, yoga, crossfit. Excellent for travelling or at home. It even has kids' workouts.
5 stars: The workouts are great with simple videos showing how to do each move. You can choose how long you want to go and I also love that it has built in music playlists to listen to while working out.

4 stars: This app is great for at home workouts, but you definately want to subcribe whichhas a fee. If you are just looking to be a little more acive or if you are new to working out and want to get in the habit this is great. If you want to lose weight or bulk up you will need to combine this with another workout to achive your goal. This is also great to keep you on track if traveling.
